Molly Bulfin

Molly Bulfin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in marketing, intellectual property, and restaurant development. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel for the Marketing/Innovation/IP Legal Team at Molson Coors Beverage Company since January 2023, Molly previously held multiple senior counsel positions at McDonald's Corporation from July 2013 to January 2023, including roles focused on marketing and new restaurant development. Prior legal experience includes work as an associate at Chapman and Cutler LLP in the Banking Department and at Lane & Waterman LLP and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in various legal capacities. Molly holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from The University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from Northwestern University.
