Neil Tonge

Neil Tonge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EHS) and sustainability within the beverage industry. Tonge has held various leadership roles at Molson Coors since January 2008, including Regional Director for Europe and VP of Export & Licence, while also serving as Global Director of EHS & Sustainability. Responsibilities include leading global EHS and sustainability initiatives, ensuring worker safety, and overseeing compliance with environmental policies. Prior experience includes management positions at Pork Farms and Hart Owens Risk Management. Tonge holds a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
