Ryan Littlejohn is an experienced professional in Learning and Development with a strong focus on people development strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of L&D for Western Europe at Molson Coors Beverage Company since January 2022, Ryan drives initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. Prior roles include leading the L&D function at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., overseeing the executive development and retraining strategies amid site closures, and managing global L&D efforts at GKN Aerospace for the Engineering & Technology sector.
