Tristan Laurence

Tristan Laurence is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Transformation Director at Molson Coors Beverage Company since August 2025. Previously, Tristan held various leadership roles at Kier Group, including IT Director - Transformation and Head of IT & Transformation from November 2014 to August 2025. Tristan also contributed as a Board Trustee for Big C Cancer Charity from April 2013 to May 2019. Prior to that, Tristan worked at CITB as a Programme & Business Improvement Manager from October 2012 to November 2014, and held significant positions at MAG (Mines Advisory Group) from February 2006 to October 2012, including Country Director for Somalia and Deputy Country Director for DR Congo. Tristan began a career as a Senior Analyst at Bureau Veritas Group from February 2003 to February 2006. Educational background includes studies at The University of Manchester.
