Beatrice Descorps has a extensive work experience spanning over 20 years in various roles within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Beatrice began their career at L'Oreal as a Product Manager, where they worked for two years before becoming an International Product Manager. In 2001, they joined Coty Beauty as an International Brand Manager and later moved up to the position of International Marketing Manager and then International Marketing Director. During their time at Coty Beauty, they were responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for various product categories, including Lip & Nail, Eye & Face, and makeup. Beatrice also worked closely with the Rimmel global marketing team and was involved in defining new product development plans and advertising campaigns.

In 2011, Beatrice joined The Body Shop as a Category & Innovation Director. In this role, they led the global strategy for the Gifts & Accessories category, overseeing theme and asset creation, event phasing, assortment, customer journey, and merchandising. Beatrice was also responsible for customer activation through PR, CRM, and digital channels. Additionally, Beatrice was in charge of the makeup category at The Body Shop, where they defined and led the global strategy for new product development and retail experience.

Currently, Beatrice holds the position of Global Vice-President, Marketing at Molton Brown. Beatrice joined the company in 2014 as the Director of Global Brand Management, where they defined and led the global strategy for the brand, including new product development, store events, campaign creatives, multi-channel consumer activation, and visual merchandising. In their current role, Beatrice oversees the marketing efforts of Molton Brown on a global scale.

Beatrice Descorps completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from HEC Paris. Beatrice pursued this education from 1995 to 1998.
