Marcelino Franca

Marcelino Franca has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Marcelino started their career as a Brand Manager at Harrods in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Following that, they worked as a Language Teacher at Polidiomas from 2011 to 2013 and then at BLC Language School from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they also conducted linguistic research as a researcher for the UNIP - Iniciação Cientifica project sponsored by Santander Bank from 2014 to 2015. Marcelino then took up a role as a Portuguese and English Teacher at EMEF Dep. João Sussumo (Middle School) from 2015 to 2016. In 2017, they became a Volunteer at George House Trust and a Part-Time Sales Associate at Molton Brown. In 2018, they became a Freelance Interpreter.

Marcelino Franca's education history begins with their enrollment at Hackney Community College, where they studied ESOL and Basic Photography. The duration of this program and completion date are unknown. Afterwards, they attended International House London in 2012, where they pursued a TESOL degree in English/Language Teacher Education. In 2013, Marcelino enrolled at Universidade Paulista, where they completed a Licenciatura em Letras Português/Inglês, which translates to a Masters in Portuguese/English Linguistics and Literature specialized in Education. Their studies at Universidade Paulista concluded in 2016. Lastly, in 2017, Marcelino attended The Manchester College, where they obtained a Certificate in Language Interpretation and Translation. This program was completed in 2018.
