Kristine Freedman

Kristine Freedman serves as the Director of Enterprise Applications and Global Systems Project Director at Molycop, overseeing the implementation of standardized global business systems and processes, including a significant global ERP solution across multiple countries. With extensive experience in IT and project management, Kristine has held key positions such as Acting CIO, responsible for setting IT objectives, managing infrastructure, overseeing cybersecurity, and directing technology-related projects. Previous roles include Commercial Manager and Project Leader at Arrium Mining Consumables, where Kristine managed global ERP implementations, and Director of Finance and Commercial Services at Alta Steel, providing strategic financial leadership. Kristine began a career in accounting at Arrium, advancing through various managerial roles. Kristine holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Newcastle, complemented by participation in the CPA Program.
