Arpan Upadhyaya

Arpan Upadhyaya has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as an Intern Engineer at Gorkha Brewery Pvt Ltd. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at R and D Bridge Kathmandu. In 2018, Arpan joined Titan BOP Rubber Products, Inc. as a Production Engineer where they managed inventory and improved communication with overseas vendors. In 2021, they became an Operations Manager at Titan Manufacturing, Inc., overseeing domestic and international vendors, managing shipment logistics, and working with customs brokers. Currently, Arpan is the Materials and Logistics Manager at MolyWorks, a role they started in December 2022.

Arpan Upadhyaya completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Kathmandu University (KU) between 2010 and 2014. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, completing it in the period from 2016 to 2017.
