Swati Raul has over 18 years of work experience. Swati began their career in 2001 as a Japanese Translator at Patni Computer System. In 2014, they joined San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) as a Business Analyst. In 2018, they held simultaneous roles at Children for Change as a Salesforce Consultant and at Mom Relaunch as a Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Business Analyst, and Project Manager. Currently, they are employed at First Choice Inc. as a Salesforce System Administrator.

Swati Raul holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Indian Law Society's Law College, Pune, Maharashtra, India, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and an Advance Diploma in Japanese Language from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
