David Luce has extensive experience in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Service/Call Centers at The Museum of Modern Art since April 2015. Prior roles include Director of Customer Service Operations and Sales Support at Kaplan Bar Review from September 2010 to September 2014, and Sr Manager of Nu-Kitchen Operations at Nutrisystem from September 2008 to October 2010. David also held positions as Director of IT/Customer Operations at Nu-Kitchen and Director of Business Operations at IDT between 1999 and 2006. Earlier in the career, David served as a Sales Manager at Paperdirect Inc from 1997 to 1999. David's educational background includes studies at Borough of Manhattan Community College.
