Javier Lopez

Javier Lopez is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as the Cybersecurity Manager at The Museum of Modern Art since January 2005, where responsibilities include managing PCI DSS processes, overseeing PII data, and ensuring GDPR compliance. In previous roles at the Museum, Javier progressed from Manager of IT Compliance, focusing on IT security and compliance, to IT Analyst and Senior Application Support, addressing complex technical issues. Prior to joining The Museum of Modern Art, Javier worked as a Desktop Support and Printer Specialist at InfoTech and as a PC Technician at IBM, providing hardware and software support. Javier's educational background includes studies at the Universidad de Puerto Rico and a high school diploma from August Martin High School.
