Melissa Falkenham

Melissa Falkenham has over 15 years of experience in the arts and visitor services, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Groups and Tours at The Museum of Modern Art since September 2008. In this role, Melissa oversees scheduling and coordination of various tours and programs, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to group departure, and manages financial reporting. Previous positions at MoMA included Manager of Groups and Tours and Senior Group Services Assistant, as well as a role as Senior Visitor Services Assistant. Prior to MoMA, Melissa held a summer position as Group Leader at Canobie Lake Park, supervising staff and ensuring safety standards, and completed an internship at South Bank Centre focused on contemporary art research. Melissa holds a B.A. in Art History and Comparative Literature from Clark University, with additional studies at Université de Bourgogne and Birkbeck, University of London in language, literature, and theater.
