Adam Thomas

Adam Thomas currently serves as the Chief People & Experience Officer at MOMA Therapeutics, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was with Synlogic from July 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included Chief People Officer, Chief People Officer & Corporate Secretary, and Chief Human Resources Officer. Adam's experience in human resources also includes a tenure at Shire Pharmaceuticals as Vice President and Head of HR for Research & Development, a director role at SC Johnson, and various positions at Pfizer over a 12-year period. Early career experiences include a role at the Corporate Executive Board and Brann Worldwide. Adam's educational background includes an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, an MA in Human Resources from the University of the West of England, and an LLB in Law from The University of Edinburgh. Adam has also engaged with the Center for Creative Leadership.
