Laurie Schenkel

Laurie Schenkel began their career at Amgen in 2005 as a Scientist. Laurie was promoted to Senior Scientist in the same company. In 2017, they moved to Ribon Therapeutics as an Associate Director and was promoted to Principal Scientist. In 2020, they joined MOMA Therapeutics as a Director Medicinal Chemistry and was later promoted to Senior Director Medicinal Chemistry.

Laurie Schenkel earned their Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Pennsylvania between 1996 and 2000. Laurie then went on to pursue their PhD in Chemistry at the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2005.
