Beverly Morgan-Welch

Beverly Morgan-Welch is an accomplished arts administration professional with extensive experience in leadership and external affairs. Currently serving as the Senior Deputy Director of External Affairs at The Museum of Modern Art since August 2021, Morgan-Welch previously held the position of Associate Director for External Affairs at the Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture from November 2015 to July 2021. An Executive Director at the Museum of African American History from 1999 to 2015, Morgan-Welch has also worked in various roles including Community Relations Manager at Raytheon and Director of Development at the Efficacy Institute. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Speech from Smith College.
