Xiao Wang

Xiao Wang is a seasoned bilingual museum educator with extensive experience in the art education sector. Currently serving at The Museum of Modern Art since October 2019, Xiao previously worked as a bilingual private guide at SFMOMA from 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included developing and leading tours for international clients in Mandarin. Additional roles encompass instruction at educational institutions such as the San Francisco Art Institute, both as a precollege instructor and public education instructor, alongside mentoring youth and providing private art lessons. Xiao holds a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Glasgow School of Art, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in painting.
