Luke Jooste is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Business Finance at Secure Trust Bank since March 2025, Luke also holds positions as Chief Executive Officer and Non-Executive Board Member at Momenta Finance since July 2019. Previous roles include Head of Real Estate Development Lending at BAWAG P.S.K. and Head of Real Estate Finance at Funding Circle. Luke has a strong background in credit analysis, structured finance, and risk management, having worked at Barclays UK Retail and Business Bank and FirstRand Bank Limited among others. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of West London, as well as certifications from prestigious institutions like the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Institute of Bankers in South Africa.
