Cris Barros

Cris Barros has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. In 1992, they began their career as a Relationship Manager at Banco Frances e Brasileiro. They then moved to Banco Boavista, where they established a new department and provided customized solutions for corporate clients. In 2001, Cris joined Cargill as a Project Team Leader, leading worldwide teams in strategic projects and acquisitions. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an Investment Advisor at CarVal Investors, expanding the Consumer Loan business to Asia. Cris then joined The Mosaic Company, where they held various positions, including VP of Finance and CFO of Mosaic Fertilizantes. They were also responsible for global Commercial and Supply Chain finance, oversaw internal control structures, and led M&A efforts. Finally, in 2020, Cris joined Momentive as the Senior Vice President and CFO.

Cris Barros holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, completed from 1999 to 2001. Cris also obtained an MBA Certificate in Business Administration from Ibmec between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, Cris Barros earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
