Kiley Crooks

Kiley Crooks is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in logistics and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of North America SIOP and Distribution/Logistics at Momentive since February 2020, Kiley oversees a team of 10 senior leaders and 156 team members across six sites, driving global logistics expansion and enhancing operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Kiley directed supply chain operations for six sites at Momentive, focusing on planning, inventory, and sales integration. Kiley's experience also includes serving as the Supply Chain Warehouse General Manager at AMRI, where responsible for budget administration and staffing optimization, as well as a tenured position as Operations Manager at Target, managing high-volume distribution processes and employee well-being initiatives. Kiley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.
