Kushal Ghale

Kushal Ghale is a seasoned process engineer with extensive experience in the chemical engineering field. Currently serving as a Sr. Process Engineer at Momentive since June 2021, Kushal has also held the role of Process Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Coating Production Team Leader at NSG Pilkington from June 2019 to May 2021. Kushal's academic background includes a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from Louisiana State University, with graduate studies from August 2013 to May 2019 and undergraduate studies from May 2010 to 2012. Additional research experience includes time as a Graduate Research Assistant at Louisiana State University and as an Undergraduate Researcher at the LSU Chemistry Department.
