Melinda Buzzard

Melinda Buzzard is a seasoned Manufacturing Technology Engineer at Momentive, with a career spanning over 25 years in the chemical and manufacturing sectors. Since 1998, Melinda has significantly increased productivity, saving over $700K annually through innovative cost-saving projects and mentoring managers in Lean Six Sigma practices. Prior experience includes roles as an Advanced Scientist in Process R&D, where contributions led to the growth of a $20MM product line, and as an Aerospace Research and Development Chemist at Allied Signal Aerospace, where Melinda developed a specialized hydrophilic coating for use in collaboration with Kennedy Space Center. Melinda holds an MBA from Salem University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Fairmont State University.
