Nicole Keck

Nicole Keck, GPHR, SPHR, CPCU, serves as the Talent Acquisition Leader for the Americas and Europe at Momentive since November 2017, overseeing a comprehensive recruitment function and global compliance programs, while partnering with regional leaders to enhance the Global Talent Acquisition Team. Previously, Nicole held various roles at State Farm from 1999 to 2017, including Recruiting Analyst and Senior Recruiter, where extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and HR strategy implementation was gained. Additional experience includes working as a Social Media Specialist for NaNola and various HR roles in organizations such as Living Resources and Schenectady ARC. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University at Albany.
