Rob Hayes

Rob Hayes is an Expert Scientist with extensive experience in developing new process technologies and specialty chemicals for Momentive. Rob has also led global teams in the development of weatherable protective coatings for plastics in various industries. Prior to Momentive, Rob worked at GE Silicones as a Lead Scientist and at Loctite as a Chemist. Rob holds a Ph.D. in Inorganic/Polymer Chemistry from the University of Vermont and a B.S. in Chemistry from Central Connecticut State University.
