Xiao Liang

Xiao (Helen) Liang, CSCP, is a knowledgeable and experienced professional in quality management and supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Global Quality Management Systems at Momentive, Xiao leads a global team to develop strategic quality business processes, oversee the implementation of IATF 16949, and manage comprehensive QMS efforts. Previously, experience included roles such as Regional Supply Chain Service Leader and Customer Quality Leader, where Xiao excelled in planning, scheduling, and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. Prior roles at Loup Logistics involved strategic sourcing and operations management, while early career experiences included language assistance and logistics support for various organizations. Xiao holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Human Resources Management from Liaoning University.
