Jenna Stangland, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CLT

Jenna Stangland, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CLT has a diverse work experience in the field of nutrition and performance. Jenna currently serves as the Team Performance Dietitian for the Minnesota Timberwolves, where they collaborate with the high-performance staff to support the overall health and wellness of the athletes. Jenna'sresponsibilities include implementing evidence-based nutritional performance plans, optimizing menu offerings, and overseeing food execution while traveling with the team. Jenna also works closely with the High Performance Director and team physicians to conduct physiologic testing, biomarker analysis, and supplementation. Additionally, they develop and implements individualized nutritional plans for each player, monitors compliance, and provides group updates and reports.

Prior to their role with the Timberwolves, Jenna worked as the Team Dietitian for the Minnesota Wild, where they provided nutrition guidance and support to the team. Jenna also co-founded A4 Health, a company focused on promoting health and wellness.

Jenna's previous experience includes working as a Team Sales + Performance Engineer for Momentous, a Director of Nutrition and Business Development for Viverant, a Consultant Registered Dietitian for BiProUSA, and a Health and Fitness Specialist for HealthFitness. Jenna also has experience as a Brand Ambassador for Legacy Marketing Partners, a Promotion Specialist for Greenhouse Agency, Inc, and a Fan Girl for 97.1 FM "THE FAN". Jenna's varied background in nutrition, fitness, and marketing provides their with a unique skill set and perspective in their role as a dietitian.

Jenna Stangland, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CLT received their Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Nutrition and Medical Dietetics from The Ohio State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics, Cell Biology and Development from the University of Minnesota.
