Tracey Mackie

Tracey Mackie is an experienced leader in the aged care and health sectors, currently serving as CEO of Momentum Collective since January 2021. Prior to this role, Mackie was the Director of Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation at Infinite Aged Care, and held several senior positions, including Group General Manager of Product & Customer at Blue Care, Chief Operations Officer at Infinite Aged Care, and Managing Director at Active Solutions Aged and Primary Health Care Consultants. Mackie has also contributed as Senior Manager of Service Development and Regional Manager at RSL Care and as Executive Care Manager at Uniting Care Ageing NSW/ACT. Earlier career experience includes Director of Child and Family at the Department of Community Services, NSW, and Business Manager at Queensland Health. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Health Service Management from the University of New England, a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Southern Cross University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education from the University of Wollongong.
