Ellen Weiner

Ellen Weiner is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations, talent strategy, and organizational culture across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Momentum Commerce, Ellen also contributes as a member of both Knoetic | CPOHQ and StartupExperts, a community for HR leaders. Previous roles include Head of People at Jackpot, where strategies for a fast-growing tech startup were developed, and as Manager, HR Business Partner at The Walt Disney Company. Ellen has held significant positions at Google, Infantino, CPC Strategy, and Vistage, focusing on areas such as employee lifecycle programs, talent acquisition, and HR business partnership. Ellen holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from UC San Diego.
