Margaret Yu

Margaret Yu, RSW, BSW, BA, has extensive experience in social work and community development, currently serving as a Financial Empowerment Facilitator & Coordinator at Momentum since September 2014. Margaret has also held positions as an Adjunct Professor for the Faculty of Social Work at the University of Calgary and as a liaison for basic needs and community development at The Women's Centre of Calgary. Previous roles include various positions at Renfrew Educational Services and the University of Calgary, as well as working as an Alberta Vulnerable Infant Response Case Assessor for Calgary and Area Child and Family Services Authority. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Social Work with distinction and a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Sociocultural Anthropology, both from the University of Calgary.
