Shannon Geoffrey, M.Ed, B.Admn, is a seasoned instructional designer and adult educator with extensive experience in conflict resolution and program development. Currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at Momentum Calgary since September 2020, Shannon focuses on enhancing online learning programs for individuals in low-income and barriered situations. Concurrently, Shannon is involved with the City of Calgary as an instructional designer and facilitator for courses like "Conflict Management for Frontline Leaders." As a Learning and Development Specialist at Ground Line Consulting and a mediator for Alberta Justice's Civil Claims Mediation Program, Shannon emphasizes practical applications of conflict resolution. With a strong background in adult education, including roles at Mount Royal University, Shannon holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and various certifications in learning and development, conflict resolution, and organizational change management.
