Nihit Bansal

Nihit Bansal has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Nihit is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Momentum Controls Software and Services Inc., where they have been since February 2021. Nihit is also the Managing Partner at Valuezest Solutions and Services.

Prior to their current roles, Nihit worked at Capgemini Engineering for nearly a decade, starting in October 2011 as the Assistant Vice President. In this position, they were responsible for heading the North America and APAC Communication Segment for the Business Unit. Nihit led a team in Sales, Solutioning, Pre-Sales, and Operations, managing and growing the business for the region. Nihit also excelled in global solutioning and consulting pre-sales, achieving 5x target achievements in FY 18.

Before joining Capgemini Engineering, Nihit worked at Avion Systems from March 2009 to October 2011 as the Sr. Manager - Strategic Business Management. Nihit successfully devised and executed a 3-year turnaround strategy for India Operations, achieving significant growth and improved profitability within 2 years. Nihit also led a team of Solutioning Consultants and operations professionals and expanded the organization.

Prior to Avion Systems, Nihit worked at Siemens Enterprise Communications from December 2006 to April 2008 as an Executive Engineer. Nihit was part of the Siemens ONE Corporate Consulting team and managed the Hospitality and Large customer segment. Nihit also achieved early entry into IoT by winning the first sales in India for a new technology solution.

Nihit's early career includes a role as an Executive Engineer at Tellabs - Fibcom from September 2005 to December 2006.
