Previous positions include Acting Head of Learning and Development and Head of Internal Communications at MMI Holdings, where Marisca enhanced stakeholder communication and innovative learning processes. With a background in client content management, social media strategy, and a passion for organizational growth, Marisca has also operated as a consultant and contributed to education as a former teacher. Marisca's academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in Communication Management and ongoing studies in Coaching for Development at the University of Cape Town.
