Momentum Learning Lab is a creative training workshop that utilizes the creative process to empower individuals and organizations to foster successful leaders and teams. We engage team members to explore and observe communication styles and the role these play in developing authentic, collaborative, and effective groups. 

Unique in its creative approach, Creative Training utilizes movement-based, non-verbal communication activities to engage participants in experiential learning. Incorporating reflective activities to establish personal comfort levels, the workshops break down barriers and build trust, leading to meaningful connections and joyful work. Our teambuilding workshops are designed for groups and teams of all sizes to meet the unique needs of corporate and nonprofit teams and leaders, educational and youth groups, college and university programs, sports teams and the health professions.
