Izaac Beytell

Izaac Beytell has extensive experience in the actuarial and risk management sectors, currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer for Momentum Metropolitan Africa since September 2013. Izaac has previously held roles such as Head of Capital Management and Acting Chief Risk Officer within the same organization. A significant contributor to various boards, Izaac was a member of the Board of Directors for multiple companies from 2015 to 2017, including Metropolitan Health Zambia Limited and Momentum Asset Management Namibia. Prior professional experience includes positions as a Senior Corporate Actuary at Pacific Life Re and Corporate Actuary at Swiss Re, with earlier roles as an actuary at Aon Hewitt and Metropolitan Life. Academic qualifications include Fellowships from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in the UK and the Actuarial Society of South Africa, alongside a B.Sc. in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Johannesburg.
