Kristal Raman

Kristal Raman is a Human Capital Consultant at Momentum Group Limited, with experience in various roles within human resources. Previously, Kristal served as a Human Capital Administrator at MMI Holdings, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process, consulting on employee benefits, overseeing job changes and transfers, and participating in industrial relations. Prior to that, Kristal gained valuable experience as a Human Capital Intern, focusing on operations such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, and payroll. Kristal holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the same institution, completed in 2016.
