Brett Nissen is a REALTOR® and CRPC® with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Momentum Realty since September 2020, Brett also actively invests in real estate, focusing on 1-4 unit properties in the Jacksonville, FL market. Previous roles include Real Estate Agent at Robert Slack LLC and REAL Broker, LLC, and Client Advocate at SS&C Advent. Before transitioning to real estate, Brett held positions including Assistant Vice President at Merrill Lynch and ACCEL Development Program Associate at PNC, gaining expertise in financial solutions and investment referrals. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from Towson University and has a background in beach safety as a Surf Rescue Technician.
