Rich Escoffery

Richard Escoffery serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Innova Solutions since August 2015, overseeing the legal affairs of the organization and its subsidiaries, including employment law, litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, Richard was a Partner at Elarbee, Thompson, Sapp & Wilson, LLP from June 1997 to August 2015, where Richard represented businesses in various employment-related legal matters and worked closely with in-house counsel and human resources. Richard began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Honorable Gerrilyn G. Brill at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia from May 1995 to June 1997, focusing on drafting orders in employment discrimination cases. Richard earned a J.D. with distinction from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Emory University.
