Jennifer Jacobs is an experienced professional with over two decades in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Executive Vice President of Customer Experience at Momentum Telecom since January 2002. In this role, Jennifer oversees key functional areas including Implementation/Service Delivery, Project Management, Customer Communications, Customer Support, Account Management, M&A Operational Integration, Migrations, and Salesforce Administration. Prior to this, Jennifer volunteered as a counselor at Project American Life from May 2001 to May 2002, and completed a marketing internship at General Motors in early 2000. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer/Industrial Marketing from The University of Alabama, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2001.
