Tracy Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tracy started their career in 1990 at Moorcroft Debt Recovery, where they worked as a Service Adviser and later became the Office Services Supervisor. In 1995, they joined Emirates as a Purser and worked there until 2002. Tracy then joined The Co-operative Banking Group, where they held various roles including Outbound Sales Adviser, Team Manager, Communications and Culture Manager, and Colleague Engagement Business Adviser. Tracy briefly worked as an Office & HR Manager in 2013 before joining Momentum Instore in 2015 as the Head of Client Delivery - Beauty.

Tracy Fletcher attended Avondale Comprehensive School from 1984 to 1989, where they studied various subjects including Maths, English Language, English Literature, Science, Business & Information Studies, and French. In 1989, they briefly attended Damar Secretarial College for a year, focusing on Typing and computer skills. No degrees were obtained during these educational experiences.
