Kristin Walker, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development & DEI at Momentus Capital since January 2022 and has been a Psychology Instructor at Stratford University since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Organizational Development Manager and DEI Lead at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute from March 2017 to January 2022, where Kristin developed human capital strategies, and as Sr. Consultant in Organization Development and Learning at the Airlines Reporting Corporation from March 2015 to February 2017. Additional experience encompasses positions at Westwood College as an Adjunct Professor, The Center for Organizational Excellence as a Management Consultant, Booz Allen Hamilton as a Human Capital Consultant, the United States Department of Defense as an Organization Analyst, and DLA Piper as a Legal Assistant. Kristin earned a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Walden University in 2015.
