Rubina Uzzaman, PMP, currently serves as a Senior IT Cyber Program Manager at Momentus Capital since October 2023. Prior to this role, Uzzaman worked as a Senior Project Program Manager at Infotrend Inc from July 2021 to September 2023, where oversight included a 21-person Litigation Technology Support Team at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the successful implementation of five new technologies through the CFPB ATO process. From March 2018 to July 2021, Uzzaman held the position of Senior Business Analyst/Technology Project Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, focusing on the migration of the FCC's on-premises VDI to AWS Cloud. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst at Insight Global and a Senior Consultant at Arbitrage, where Uzzaman actively managed user stories and participated in agile methodologies. Uzzaman holds a Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law Studies from Stevenson University, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
