Caitlin Lanning, SHRM-CP, CWWS, has a wealth of experience in Human Resources. Caitlin began their career in 2013 as an HR Reporting Analyst at MarketSource Inc. In 2014, they moved to AirWatch by VMware as a Campus Recruiting Coordinator. In 2015, they were hired as an HR Business Partner at eVestment. In 2019, they joined CallRail as an HR Manager, where they created CallRail's performance review process, processed HRIS changes, designed and implemented program strategies, created job tables and job descriptions, and organized employee development programs and activities. In 2022, they were hired as VP, People & Culture and Head of HR at Momnt, a privately-owned fintech company.

Caitlin Lanning holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, which they earned from 2007 to 2012. In February 2017, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist (CWWS) certification from the National Wellness Institute in July 2011.
