Thao Huong Vu, also known as Rosy, has had a diverse range of work experiences. Thao has worked at MoMo (M_Service) as the Head of Brand & Marketing since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Brand Marketing in the Strategy Office at VINAMILK - Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company from 2022 to 2023. Before joining VINAMILK, Thao held the position of Head of Marketing for BAEMIN Vietnam, a food delivery platform, from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, they worked at XLE Group as the COO of the Sports Skill Academy, where they collaborated with the CEO and the board to define the expansion strategy and performance KPIs. During their tenure at XLE Group, they also served as the Marketing Director. Thao started their career at Unilever, where they held multiple roles, including Brand Manager, Regional Assistant Brand Manager, and Management Trainee. Thao began their professional journey as a McCafe Barista at McDonald's Corporation.

Thao Huong Vu, also known as Rosy, began their education journey at Taylors College, where they completed the University Foundation Program from 2008 to 2009. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Melbourne in 2009 and graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing. During their time at the University of Melbourne, Rosy participated in an exchange program at The Wharton School in 2010, focusing on Marketing.
