Mike van Wieringen

Mike van Wieringen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mike began their career as a Vulploegmedewerker at Albert Heijn in December 2012 and worked there until December 2015.

In 2013, Mike joined Van Wieringen Solutions as a Junior Recruiter, where they gained experience and gradually expanded their responsibilities until April 2017. Mike then worked as a Recruiter at Allure HR Solutions B.V. from April 2017 to October 2017, where they were involved in candidate recruitment and selection through social media and job sites.

Next, Mike joined iSense ICT Professionals as a Recruiter in October 2017, where they were part of a young and dynamic team focused on matching IT professionals with reputable organizations. Mike received the "ICT detacheerder van het jaar" award for five consecutive years.

From September 2018 to July 2019, Mike worked as a Recruitment Consultant and intern at Talisman, an ICT and Financial specialists staffing agency. Mike was involved in various recruiting activities, including detaching, executive search, recruitment, and co-sourcing.

In August 2019, Mike participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of West Florida, gaining international exposure and enriching their academic experience.

In February 2020, Mike completed an internship at VNOM | Bemiddelaar in de Techniek, and joined Rubicon Cloud Advisor in September 2020 as a Sales Executive, focusing on Microsoft Azure optimization for the Government sector. Mike'srole involved delivering seniority, comprehensive services, and customized solutions to support clients' digitalization strategies. Mike worked at Rubicon Cloud Advisor until March 2023.

Currently, Mike is working as the Team Lead - Care Team West at Momo Medical, where they emphasize the importance of human-centered care and addresses technological limitations that hinder the delivery of accurate and timely information to nurses and residents.

Mike van Wieringen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Small Business and Retail Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Mike studied at the university from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, from 2015 to 2016, they also attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Global Marketing & Sales. In addition to their formal education, Mike has obtained certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org and the Propedeuse Small Business & Retail Management - Entrepreneurship from Hogeschool Rotterdam. Mike has also completed HAVO from Melanchthon, although specific dates for this certification are not provided.
