Anoop Pillarisetti

Anoop Pillarisetti has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and hospitality industries. Anoop is currently the VP of Technology + Digital at Momofuku, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, Anoop was the owner of Disco Tennis Inc from 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Shake Shack as the Director of Digital + Technology Products. Anoop also held roles at Ando as the General Manager and Head of Experience from 2016 to 2017. Anoop began their career at Momofuku in 2012, where they worked as the Director of Technology + Digital and later as the Operations Manager. Before that, Anoop worked at Pok Pok Ny and Beer Table / Beer Table Pantry, where they held roles as the Operations Lead / General Manager and General Manager respectively. Anoop also worked at Momofuku as an IT / Web Consultant and Media Manager. Anoop's earliest work experience was as an Office Assistant at Heritage Foods USA and as a Cheesemonger at Di Bruno Bros.

Anoop Pillarisetti obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from Vassar College between the years 2003 and 2007.
