Marie Mau Refsgaard

Marie Mau Refsgaard has a strong background in internal communications, with experience spanning various roles and companies. Marie began their career at Infopaq as a Student Assistant in 2003 before moving on to SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) as an HR Coordinator in 2005. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Communication Consultant at SAS. In 2009, they joined Sally Kommunikation as a Communication Consultant and then transitioned to Schneider Electric in 2011, where they served as an Internal Communications Officer until 2016. Marie then joined momondo in 2016 and later moved to KAYAK in 2017, where they held Global Internal Communications Manager and Senior Manager positions. Most recently, they have been working as the Director of Internal Communications at both KAYAK and momondo since 2022.

Marie Mau Refsgaard obtained a Master's degree in Communications from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, completing their education in 2007. In 2009, they attended Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole, where they studied Journalism and Web Communication until 2010. Additionally, in 2020, Marie Mau Refsgaard obtained a certification in Prosci ADKAR Change Management from the institution Prosci.
