Alexandra Schulz

Alexandra Schulz has a diverse work experience in various companies. Alexandra started their career at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH in 2002, where they served as the Personal-/Organisationsleiterin, responsible for managing two branches. After working there for 8 years, they joined Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts as the Director of Finances and HR. Alexandra then moved to Aktiv Schuh Gruppe in 2013, where they worked as the Human Resources Manager. In 2015, they joined momox as the Head of HR / Personalleiterin, and later became the Director HR. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People and Culture Officer at momox.

Alexandra Schulz attended Quadriga University of Applied Sciences from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a Certified Systemic Business Coach degree. Prior to that, they studied at Fachhochschule Nordostniedersachsen from 1997 to 2002, earning a degree in Dipl. Wirtschaftsjuristin (FH). Their field of study at Fachhochschule Nordostniedersachsen focused on Handel und Industrie with a specialization in Personal.
