Molly Day

Molly Day currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Moms First since October 2022 and is a member of Chief since September 2019, a network dedicated to women leaders. Previously, Molly held the roles of Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at PL+US: Paid Leave for the United States from March 2020 to October 2022. At LIFT, Inc. from October 2012 to September 2019, Molly was instrumental as Chief Strategy Officer and led the turnaround as Interim Executive Director of LIFT-New York. Additional experience includes roles at Coro New York Leadership Center and New Profit Inc., among others. Education includes a B.S. in Education & Social Policy from Northwestern University and a credential from Harvard Business School Online.
