Gloria Noel

Gloria Noel is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in strategy, operations, and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff at Moms First since June 2021, Gloria also operates as the Senior Manager for the Office of the Founder and the Marshall Plan for Moms at Girls Who Code, a position held since August 2018. Previous experience includes roles as Associate Director of Annual Giving at Barnard College from January 2016 to August 2018, Special Assistant at the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City from June 2014 to December 2015, and Finance and Campaign Assistant for Reshma for New York from April 2012 to September 2013. Gloria Noel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science from Barnard College, where accomplishments included being designated an Athena Scholar.
