Amy Magdalein is an experienced entrepreneur and fitness coach based in Jacksonville, Florida. As the Owner and Head Coach of Moms on the Run since January 2017, Amy has developed a structured fitness program designed to motivate women of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their goals. In addition to this role, Amy has been the Owner and President of Magdalein Media Inc. since 2007, providing marketing and advertising services to small businesses. Previous experience includes coaching at Charge Running, serving as Publisher for Best Version Media, and working as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Nemours. Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Florida State College at Jacksonville.

Our cardiovascular interval programs offer structure and accountability along with strength training, stretching and education to provide a comprehensive training program for women to improve their running speed and endurance, or learn to run their first 5k.
