Mahmudul Hasan is an experienced professional in sustainability with a focus on social and environmental issues. Currently serving as Deputy Manager for Sustainability at Momtex Expo Ltd. since June 2019, Mahmudul Hasan has expertise in energy management systems, GHG emissions, climate change initiatives, and renewable energy applications. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at EMS Consulting & Engineering Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed turnkey ETP and WTP construction and environmental assessments, and Assistant Manager for Sustainability at Utah Group of Companies, focusing on social compliance and environmental audits. Mahmudul Hasan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences from Jahangirnagar University and has extensive experience with certifications and standards including ISO 14001:2015, BSCI, and SEDEX.
